This is the role
As recruiter in the ROCKWOOL Group you are responsible for the full operational recruitment cycle from specifying role profiles with HR and hiring manager and sourcing, selection, process management and communication.
You consistently deliver high quality candidates and add value to the perception of ROCKWOOL Group being an admired global employer by a consistently positive Candidate Experience and employer branding exposure.
You support our Hiring managers in their talent acquisition efforts by providing guidance & advice, transparant process-management, sound and objective hiring recommendations based on match between job description and the candidates qualifications, and you are proactive in stakeholder management for recruitment related matters in the CWE Region.
You carry out the end-to-end recruitment process and provide support and guidance for Country and Local HR in line with global initiatives and regional recruitment improvement plan.
With regards to Employer branding, this role takes an active approach to the relevant and specific labour market for ROCKWOOL CWE in the region and it’s countries via online and offline channels. You identify and build relationships with target universities, participate in career fairs and updates or coordinates career pages, social media accounts, etc
This is what you offer
Ideally you bring this package to the table:
- Successfully finished relevant education at Bachelor level degree
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience as end-to-end recruitment specialist in an international setting, ideally in technology driven industry
- Proven ambition as Recruitment Specialist (not HR generalist)
- Successful track record in sourcing through social media as Black Belt Sourcing Specialist or with a comparable certificate
- Experienced user of Assessment tooling comparable to Big 5 with certificate
- Experienced in using Recruitment software solutions and ATS systems (preferably Workday Recruiting)
- Skilled in MS Office
- Very high proficiency level of English language, and native Dutch speaking
- Flawless written communication skills in Dutch and English language
As a person you are proactive and you have personal flair. You are an active participant in relevant networks and professional circles. You can handle and manage workplace frustration, and your communication style is and remains pleasant, considerate and positive.
You have the ability to build commitment with key stakeholders in the recruitment process to support and execute on change efforts related to their own area of responsibilities/recruitment.
