This is the role

The Recruitment Coordinator is coordinating the implementation of the regional recruitment improvement plan. You are the local recruitment process owner that drives constant improvement of our end-to-end recruitment process on speed, quality and cost efficiency by monitoring an analyzing the relevant KPI.

You provide support and guidance for Country and Local HR colleagues, and Hiring managers and are active in stakeholder management for recruitment related matters in the CWE Region.

Next to this, you also have an operational role with End-to End operational recruitment tasks (from specifying role profile together with HR and hiring manager and including sourcing, selection, process management and communication). For this you take a proactive approach to the relevant and specific labour market for ROCKWOOL CWE in the region and it’s countries. 

 

This is what you offer

  • Business, Marketing or Human Resources related Master level degree
  • 5-7 years’ internal/external recruiter experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Technology environment.
  • Succesful track-record in driving the (international) recruitment agenda in a large and international organization
  • Proven ability in sourcing through social media
  • Experience in assesment tooling
  • Very good proficiency level of English language, and Dutch/German language
  • Experienced user of Applicant tracking systems
  • Good MS Office skills and IT savvy in general

As a person you are proactive and you have personal flair. You can handle and manage frustration. You are a strong communicator with the ability to positively influence stakeholders without hierarchical power.
